These terms apply to your use of the She Builds From Here website while it is in pre-launch. By browsing the site or registering your email, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. We are based in Sydney, Australia, and these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

The shop is not open yet. Products, bundles and descriptions shown on this site are previews of what we intend to release. Names, contents, formats, availability and pricing may change before launch, and any item may be delayed or not released at all. All prices currently show as "Coming soon" — no price is offered or fixed until the shop opens.

• You may only register an email address you own or are authorised to use.
• We use double opt-in: you will receive a confirmation email with a unique link, and you are only added to the list once you click it.
• Registering does not reserve a product, guarantee a discount, or create a purchase.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• We may remove an address from the list — for example if emails bounce repeatedly or the address appears to be misused.

Any early-access window, launch discount or subscriber-only offer we announce is subject to its own terms and to availability, and may be limited in time or quantity, changed or withdrawn before it starts.

When the shop opens, products are intended to be delivered as instant digital downloads for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, or reproduce them for others. Sale-specific terms, including delivery, licence and refund details, will be published at checkout and will apply to any purchase.

Our content is general information and practical guidance for everyday life.
